• The frame built using structural channel and 3/16 tubing. It has adjustable legs for less than level floors.
• The rollers are 11 GA DOM tubing with a precision steel roller bearing on 11/16 hex shaft.
• Each station is power by a 3/4-hp Sumitomo Gear motor . The motor is located inside base frame underneath the roller bed.
• Transfers move on a belt or riveted chain depending on product.
• T-TEK Transfer Conveyors Are Custom Built To Transfer Pallets or Product 90 Degrees Smoothly and Efficiently.
• All sprockets and chain will be protected by guards made of heavy duty 7 GA & ¼ sheet metal.
• Controls can be provided or it can be part of a system.
